Even in death, Tony Stark was full of surprises. When Flame had given up her old collar to replace it with one Tony had made, she didn't know where exactly he'd put it. He said it was "somewhere safe." A SHIELD vault, perhaps? Or maybe locked away deep within the safest vault that Stark Industries owned. Or, maybe he'd given it to Thor, because a piece of tech with the capabilities to travel the multiverse was something probably the gods of old should look after.Flame didn't know that Tony would stash the old collar away and later build it into Recovery's neck. And, she only found it out when she asked Recovery if he knew where her old collar was, she wanted to make sure it was still secure.It was. Along with the algorithm that Tony had made using the collar to sense and track high energy signatures across the multiverse. Alpha said it was made some time after New York, which made sense. Tony was panic building at the time. Of course he'd look at the collar and see a way to find threats and defend against them before they arose.And of course, after the war, Flame would do the same. So she had Alpha fire the algorithm up, and after a few weeks of studying the collar herself and learning about it, she'd gotten a hit.
